About the Role
A Container Delivery Driver – Non CDL safely operates a vehicle to provide prompt, courteous, and complete container delivery and removal services for residential and commercial customers. The driver ensures the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adheres to all company, state, and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. The driver conducts thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, operates the truck along assigned routes, lifts and loads containers using manual and automatic controls, and interacts professionally with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues. Additional duties include minor container repairs, cleaning accidental waste spills, continuously monitoring vehicle readiness, completing route and productivity sheets and Vehicle Condition Reports, following safety policies, participating in the ReSOP program, and performing other assigned tasks. • Perform complete pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections. • Safely operate the truck along designated routes and service each customer. • Lift, load, and unload containers using manual and automatic controls. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers. • Conduct minor on‑site container repairs. • Clean accidental waste spills in compliance with safety standards. • Continuously monitor vehicle condition to minimize downtime. • Complete route/productivity sheets, Vehicle Condition Reports, and other required documentation. • Follow all safety policies and participate in the ReSOP program.
