About the Role
You will greet guests, listen to their travel interests, and offer the best options to meet their needs. You will present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining professional and ethical representation. You will maintain effective communication with clients through email, telephone, and written correspondence and provide follow‑up to ensure customer happiness. The role requires applying the selling concepts promoted at HGV, promoting a collaborative environment, and upholding core values and policies. You will attend a weekly HGVC sales training session and fulfill any reasonable requests from management. • Build rapport with guests through face‑to‑face interactions and resort tours. • Present ownership products to generate sales and qualified leads. • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and written correspondence to ensure satisfaction. • Apply HGV selling concepts and uphold company core values. • Participate in weekly sales training sessions. • Meet all reasonable management requests within your capabilities. • Resolve complex customer‑service issues in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a valid Florida real estate license (preferred), prior sales or marketing experience in luxury goods or vacation‑ownership, at least one year of sales and customer‑service experience with a proven record, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, ability to meet compensation goals, English proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. • Hold a valid Florida real estate license (preferred). • Demonstrate at least one year of proven sales and customer‑service experience. • Possess strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
