About the Role
• Set up and manage multiple client social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Google Business Profile). • Create original written and visual brand‑appropriate content for a nationwide portfolio of apartment communities. • Schedule posts using third‑party scheduling tools. • Engage with online audiences, responding to feedback and reviews on social channels. • Organize, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates, incorporate customer feedback, and develop best practices. • Ensure high‑quality, brand‑focused content through meticulous review. • Serve as primary client contact for reporting, recommendations, and day‑to‑day collaboration. • Address customer service issues, high‑priority escalations, and proactively communicate resolutions. • Stay current on social media trends, technologies, and platform advancements. • Meet daily and weekly deadlines while supporting department initiatives using multiple tools.

What You Bring
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will onboard clients, manage their social media accounts, deliver products, and coach them on effective social strategies. The role requires deep knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and Google Business Profile, along with the ability to create content, plan calendars, monitor performance, and measure campaign effectiveness. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, Digital Media, Communication or a related field. • Have at least 1 + year of experience in social media marketing with a proven commitment to prior employers. • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and familiar with major social platforms. • Preferred: basic design skills using tools like Canva and a creative mindset. • Preferred: ability to write engaging content and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
