About the Role
The Senior HVAC Service Technician inspects, diagnoses, and completes electronic and mechanical repairs on residential HVAC equipment and water heaters, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national codes. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems and water heaters • Perform preventative maintenance on heating, air‑conditioning, and ventilation equipment • Train teammates on maintenance procedures • Assist with sealed‑system HVAC, water heater, and advanced appliance repairs • Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service to homeowners • Complete service tickets, time logs, and material usage documentation • Remain on‑call and respond to emergency service situations • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition • Follow all safety protocols and company policies • Offer customer‑focused service and sales recommendations

What You Bring
• Possess 5+ years of HVAC service experience or equivalent training • Hold required state licensing and EPA‑608 Type 2 (or higher) certification • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills • Meet company driving standards with a valid driver’s license • Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime • Preferred: NATE certification
