What You Bring

The position offers a salary between $115,000 and $140,000. Candidates need at least ten years of combined experience in commercial construction—such as superintendent, QC manager, project manager, or project engineer—and a minimum of two years specifically as a QC manager. A current USACE CQM for Contractors certificate is mandatory, and certifications including Level 1 EM 385‑1‑1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour are required, with training provided as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with RMS/QCS, Viewpoint/Vista, and specialty inspection training are preferred, along with LEED AP or Green Associate credentials.
