About the Role

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing all maintenance repairs, grounds, and apartment turn operations • Supervise maintenance tasks and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards • Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance duties to meet operational needs • Complete work orders and apartment turns promptly and in accordance with Palms’ procedures and deadlines • Ensure all repairs and services are performed correctly, safely, and on schedule • Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to address common repairs and situations • Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and secured when not in use • Maintain a “safety first” attitude across all property operations • Provide support to the maintenance team at River Mews when needed

What You Bring

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can balance independent work with the benefits of a supportive, team-oriented environment. • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical • EPA HVAC certification REQUIRED • CPO certification may be obtained through Palms • Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule • Problem-solving mindset – a proactive, “go-getter” attitude with initiative • Technology savvy – comfortable using MS Office 365 and owns a mobile device for work communication • Excellent communicator – proficient in English (written and verbal); bilingual a plus! • Career development – including Interplay Learning and in-house HVAC 608 Certification
