About the Role

As a Retail Team member, you will represent the Sunrun brand in partner retail stores, build relationships, generate excitement for solar and storage solutions, and schedule appointments to expand the customer base. Success depends on effective communication, passion for the mission, and a focus on positively influencing every interaction. • Represent Sunrun brand in partner retail stores and engage potential customers. • Educate shoppers on renewable energy and battery storage solutions. • Proactively schedule and set up solar appointments to grow the customer base. • Build and maintain relationships to generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products. • Commit to a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Maintain reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius for multi‑store coverage. • Stand, move, and lift up to 25 lb during daily retail activities. • Participate in growth programs: mentorship, instructor‑led training, tuition‑covered continuing education.
