About the Role
The Global Support Center Call Center Specialist provides exceptional customer service and manages crew and client requests across multiple communication channels. The role handles facility issues, shuttle services, room configurations, and coordinates with service providers to ensure timely resolution and operational efficiency. • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat • Dispatch soft services and coordinate work orders using the PlanOn system • Manage locker assignments and support crew across multiple locations • Generate dispatches and close service requests promptly • Prepare clear, professional email summaries of facility issues • Receive and route work requests to technical staff and vendors • Coordinate and process shuttle reservations and compile reports • Support special events and resolve unique facility situations • Process meeting room requests and configure spaces efficiently • Complete annual JLL safety training and follow dress code • Maintain critical attendance for this onsite position

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED and two years of call‑center experience. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, strong interpersonal communication, multitasking ability, fast and accurate typing, and flexibility for extended hours. Preference is given to those with facility‑management call‑center experience and familiarity with work‑order systems. • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 2 years call‑center experience • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency • Clear verbal communication and fast, accurate typing • Previous facility‑management call‑center experience • Familiarity with work‑order management systems and facility operations • Experience coordinating services with multiple providers • Knowledge of facility‑management processes and procedures

Benefits
The position offers a base salary of $52,000 per year, subject to adjustment based on education, experience, location, and market data. It is an onsite role in Scottsdale, AZ, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
