About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role focuses on delivering complex industrial EPCm capital projects ranging from $1 million to $100 million. Candidates will manage multi‑disciplinary teams throughout the project life‑cycle—from pre‑FEED concept through commissioning and startup—while applying comprehensive industry standards and strong written and oral communication skills. Key responsibilities include overseeing project controls, budgets, schedules, and contract compliance; communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; and negotiating scope changes. The manager will identify engineering deliverable gaps, develop concise project briefs, maintain change orders, and drive quality‑assurance processes to meet safety, cost, and productivity targets. The role also supports sales and marketing initiatives, markets additional work to clients, and ensures that project baselines are fully documented, updated, and communicated to the team. Weekly status meetings are established to review progress, address milestones, and formulate action items. • Lead multi‑disciplinary EPCm projects from concept to commissioning ($1M‑$100M). • Oversee project controls, budgets, schedules, and ensure baseline execution. • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors; negotiate scope changes. • Identify and resolve engineering deliverable gaps in FEED and Front End Loading processes. • Develop and distribute concise project briefs; maintain current change orders. • Support sales and marketing efforts and secure additional work with clients. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field and have 10‑15+ years of experience on manufacturing capital projects.
