About the Role

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and company policies. • Monitor, forecast and report project costs accurately through to completion. • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering. • Manage contract changes effectively while adhering to governance and best practice. • Improve the accuracy of forecasts and budgets. • Provide commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Perform commission management as required. • Lead change management and change control processes. • Execute cost management and valuation activities. • Conduct procurement, estimating and pricing tasks. • Produce detailed cost reporting. • Adopt best‑practice project attitudes and share best practices. • Provide line management where needed.

What You Bring

We are seeking personable, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our contract and cost management team within the UK Infrastructure business. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects, establishing professional relationships, administering contracts and monitoring project costs to ensure successful delivery. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills. • Apply contract management knowledge, preferably NEC3. • Follow governance and collaborative approaches. • Hold or be working towards relevant professional membership, ideally with a degree in a related field.
