About the Role
A Non‑CDL Driver safely operates a vehicle and promptly completes assigned daily tasks while ensuring compliance with the company's safety standards, state and federal regulations, and daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, reporting safety issues, following route sheets to service customers, loading and dumping containers, and interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers. The driver also cleans accidental waste spills, continuously monitors vehicle readiness, completes required paperwork, follows all safety policies, participates in the ReSOP program, and operates additional equipment as needed.
