About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst 2, positioned within JLL Technologies’ Technology Engineering Group, is responsible for overseeing contractual agreements, ensuring accuracy, timely renewals, and alignment with budget and internal policies. This role supports the organization’s operations by managing a variety of contracts to enable successful project execution and cross‑functional collaboration. • Maintain a contract management system and spreadsheet to track contracts, terms, and expiration dates. • Review, analyze, and negotiate vendor, service, licensing, and lease agreements. • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract terms align with budget approvals. • Monitor contract renewal dates, ensure obligations are met, and identify potential risks. • Partner with vendors to manage contract amendments, extensions, and terminations as needed. • Keep contract documentation organized, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible. • Provide regular renewal status updates using PowerPoint presentations. • Submit and log invoices according to prescribed workflow, ensuring real‑time budget alignment. • Develop and refine internal processes to improve contract management efficiency. • Serve as primary contact for external parties, building and maintaining strong vendor relationships. • Address and resolve contract‑related issues promptly and professionally. • Contribute to budget planning related to contractual agreements and support accounts payable functions. • Process invoices, manage vendor payments, reconcile financial records, and ensure timely disbursements. • Manage 50+ vendor contracts annually and demonstrate budget management expertise. • Effectively prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced, complex organizational environment.

What You Bring
• Hold a degree in business administration or finance, or possess 5+ years of equivalent experience. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually and is open to remote candidates based in Chicago, IL, or San Francisco, CA. Please note that the role does not provide visa sponsorship and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
