About the Role
Associate Photographers support Homes.com and Apartments.com by using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital equipment, and an iPad to create virtual tours, floorplans, and residential photography. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and is responsible for servicing clients within that area. Photographers work from scheduled appointments, scanning homes and apartments, and collaborate closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management. They are managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor‑plan footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Produce high‑quality residential photography to showcase properties. • Coordinate appointments with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize coverage. • Survey assigned one‑mile grids for commercial real‑estate data and identify new inventory. • Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times and join relevant conference calls.

What You Bring
The position requires frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to eight hours, lifting equipment up to five pounds, and repetitive hand movements on a tablet or laptop. Work may involve outdoor driving in all seasons and a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates must have at least two years of professional experience, with a focus on real‑estate photography, and possess a FAA Part 107 drone license. Strong time‑management, detail orientation, communication, and data‑entry skills are required, along with proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management. • Minimum 2 years professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 certification. • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
