About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle complies with company safety standards, adhering to all applicable regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports. This position requires both safe driving and reliable customer service. Key duties include conducting full pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, monitoring tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, and controls. Drivers follow assigned route sheets, operate manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities, and tag unsatisfactory containers. They interact professionally with customers and dispatchers, monitor waste for prohibited materials, clean accidental spills, and keep the truck clean between trips. Accurate completion of route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports is required to meet productivity standards and safety policies.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement.
