About the Role
The Business Transformation service area seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver business and operational solutions that shape the nation's built environment. This role joins a team of trusted advisors responsible for supporting advisory projects, developing deliverables, and guiding clients through infrastructure development and investment. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet company standards. • Produce high‑quality technical deliverables and proposals. • Perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyses. • Lead client meetings, build trusted relationships, and translate concerns into actionable scopes. • Evaluate current state of people, processes, and technology; recommend data‑driven improvements and roadmaps. • Apply business process mapping and capital delivery knowledge (transit, rail, roadways, power) across project phases. • Navigate ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders without authority, and keep projects on track. • Mentor junior staff and contribute to thought leadership and marketing collateral. • Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation actions. • Adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 5–7 years of capital‑delivery experience in infrastructure sectors such as transit, rail, roadways, or utilities. • Consulting experience delivering organizational capability or process/performance improvement. • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in matrixed teams and meet deadlines. • Experience designing and implementing process improvement or change management initiatives (preferred). • Understanding of government agency operations and public‑works automation tools (preferred). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). • Lean Six‑Sigma or Prosci certification (preferred).
