About the Role

The Logistics Analyst position supports current operations and future Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) strategy, plans, and design. This full‑time role is based at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and does not permit remote work. In this role you will manage logistics for ABAD projects, handling military shipping documentation, tracking shipments, overseeing procurement from request to delivery, and maintaining inventory of hardware, software, and Government Furnished Equipment. You will also monitor obsolescence, budget allocations, and maintenance or repair actions for mission‑critical assets. • Create military shipping documents using the Logistics Tool Suite (LTS). • Track shipments with Integrated Global Convergence (IGC). • Manage procurement activities from request through receipt and delivery. • Conduct international shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory using BarCloud. • Inventory and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). • Monitor hardware and software obsolescence. • Report and track material budgets. • Track hardware and software maintenance and repair actions. • Maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience) and at least 15 years of logistics or procurement management experience, with a focus on hardware and software acquisition. An active DoD Secret clearance is required at the start of employment. Preferred qualifications include experience with military shipping and receiving, transportation of high‑value equipment, obsolescence management, hazmat preparation certification, a Commercial Driver’s License, and an International Driver’s License. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of logistics/procurement experience (or equivalent military experience). • Possess experience with military shipping and receiving of high‑value equipment. • Obtain Hazmat preparer certification, Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), and International Driver’s License (IDL).
