About the Role

Key responsibilities include defining and executing a growth vision for the Municipal Roadway practice, cultivating strong client relationships, driving business development, supervising design projects with technical and strategic oversight, ensuring quality and timely deliverables, mentoring a high‑performing team, managing project profitability and resources, and upholding sound business principles. • Lead business development efforts to win work from new and existing clients. • Provide high‑quality service in a profitable manner. • Contribute to the professional development of staff. • Autonomously build and grow your business with full firm backing.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience in municipal roadway projects, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a PE license for the applicable state, extensive client contacts, proven business development and proposal writing skills, a track record of profitable project management, and strong communication, leadership, and technical abilities.
