About the Role

Daily duties involve preventative and corrective maintenance of critical facility components, monitoring building systems, operating life‑safety equipment, and implementing energy‑efficiency measures. The specialist also manages site documentation, work‑order processes, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve incidents and drive infrastructure projects. • Perform specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems. • Conduct moderately difficult repairs, installations, and on‑site inspections of infrastructure components. • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and resolve specialized alarms. • Operate and maintain plumbing, fire‑suppression, and life‑safety systems. • Implement energy‑efficiency measures across facilities. • Coordinate and direct vendors for skilled maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with standards. • Create, submit, and track maintenance scripts and work approval processes for service providers. • Update technical files and equipment documentation in collaboration with vendors. • Log site data, issue permits, and develop Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs). • Identify single points of failure and recommend mitigation solutions. • Respond to on‑site incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and support staff during outages. • Complete work requests, circuit installations, and advanced troubleshooting of office equipment. • Modify mechanical, electrical, and specialized systems as directed. • Support lifecycle maintenance, end‑of‑life projects, and critical infrastructure replacements. • Mentor team members, share expertise, and assist in incident resolution. • Manage inventory levels for critical parts and coordinate replenishment processes.
