About the Role
• Supervise all phases of bridge construction, repair, and maintenance projects. • Oversee daily site operations, deploying manpower, equipment, and materials. • Review and interpret bridge design plans and blueprints for compliance. • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and project managers. • Monitor schedules and budgets, addressing issues proactively. • Lead field staff, including workers, foremen, and subcontractors. • Maintain detailed project records and daily reports. • Perform quality control checks to meet required standards. • Manage equipment maintenance and conduct regular safety inspections. • Resolve on‑site conflicts and obstacles with stakeholders. • Order and coordinate timely delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment. • Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a productive work environment. • Work with local authorities to ensure environmental compliance and permits.
