About the Role
• Provide post‑contract cost consultancy for mid‑/large‑scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. • Collaborate with a team delivering cost management and consultancy services. • Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with variation measurement, payment certificates, final accounts, and cost reporting. • Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards. • Conduct benchmarking, data collection, and internal cost reporting. • Produce and deliver deliverables across all Funder Advisory services. • Work on‑site in Dubai, UAE at UBora Tower within AECOM’s DCS Business Group.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is specialized in post‑contract cost consultancy services and has experience with mid‑ to large‑scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will work within a team delivering post‑contract cost management and assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with measurement, assessment, variation agreements, payment certificates, final accounts, and cost reporting. Responsibilities also include adhering to quality control requirements, benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting, and supporting the production and delivery of various Funder Advisory service deliverables. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field, and Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or progress toward APC. Candidates should have 4–5 years of post‑graduate experience, with 2–3 years spent working in the Middle East. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field. • Possess Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or be working towards APC. • Bring 4–5 years of post‑graduate experience, including 2–3 years in the Middle East.
