About the Role
The role involves producing machine parts per print for customer orders across various workstations in the In Line Machine area, ensuring timely delivery for production purposes while complying with ISO and safety requirements and maintaining good housekeeping. Daily duties include operating machinery according to print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts, maintaining proper coolant and lubricant levels, meeting production standards, and working at any workstation to satisfy production needs. The employee must inspect products for conformance, perform rework on non‑conforming items, keep the workstation clean and orderly, complete necessary documentation, and may be tasked with training new team members. • Operate machinery according to print specifications, shop orders, and inspection charts. • Maintain proper coolant, lubricant, and fluid levels during operation. • Meet production standards and work at any workstation as required. • Inspect products for conformity to specifications and perform rework on non‑conforming items. • Keep the workstation clean and orderly, and complete associated documentation. • Train new employees assigned to the area. • Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Use measurement tools to verify product dimensions against blueprints.
