About the Role
The primary responsibility is to bring new channel partners into the system and upgrade existing channels to VRF business. The incumbent will also plan expansion into C & D towns, increase market penetration, and drive consistent business growth throughout the year. Maintaining strong customer relationships and regularly engaging architects and influencers are essential for continued success. • Acquire new channel partners and integrate them into the sales system. • Upgrade existing channels to VRF product lines. • Expand market presence in C & D towns and increase overall business volume. • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business. • Engage architects and influencers regularly to generate new opportunities. • Achieve sales revenue targets, margins, and timely payment collections. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and drive channel expansion and training.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the AP market, with a proven ability to guide channel partners from presale to project initiation. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a self‑motivated mindset are required.
