About the Role
In this position you will develop your own territory by reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and on‑site visits, and you’ll partner with the Regional Operations team to design service proposals and pricing. You will sell both ongoing facility contracts and one‑time projects while tracking all activities in HubSpot CRM and representing Velociti’s service standards in every interaction. • Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and in‑person visits within your local territory. • Meet prospects weekly to assess facility needs and cultivate relationships through lunches, dinners, and events. • Collaborate with Regional Operations to create service proposals and pricing for recurring contracts and one‑time jobs. • Record all calls, meetings, and proposals in HubSpot CRM. • Uphold Velociti’s Service Standards in every client interaction.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience, with sales background optional, and demonstrates high energy, curiosity, and strong people skills. Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, offering first‑year earnings potential of $80,000 to $110,000.
