About the Role

The Area Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Lead oversees all IFM operations within a designated region, linking IFM to other Global Property and Facilities (GPP) service lines and acting as a bridge between regional leadership and site‑level teams. The role ensures contract governance, high client satisfaction, and consistent service excellence across multiple locations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading and empowering IFM teams, driving innovation through technology and best practices, managing financial performance and cost‑saving initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. The leader also champions safety and compliance, identifies growth opportunities, and regularly travels to sites to connect IFM with other service lines. • Lead and manage all IFM operations across the assigned area. • Foster a collaborative, empowering culture for IFM teams. • Drive service‑delivery innovation using technology and best practices. • Develop and maintain trusted client advisor relationships. • Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑saving initiatives. • Champion health, safety, and compliance standards on all sites. • Identify growth and expansion opportunities; partner with business development. • Connect IFM services to other GPP service lines through regular travel.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least eight years of facilities‑management experience, with a focus on integrated FM across remote locations. Required skills include strong communication, financial acumen, knowledge of health‑and‑safety regulations, and proven leadership.
