About the Role

You will support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, leading multiple crews on aerial and underground work. Your role includes upholding the company’s safety culture, driving teams to meet deadlines, delivering high‑quality projects, and providing excellent customer service onsite. • Lead and supervise multiple crews on aerial and underground telecom construction projects. • Ensure adherence to MasTec’s safety culture and industry standards. • Drive teams to meet project deadlines while delivering high‑quality work. • Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients onsite. • Coach, mentor, and develop crew members’ telecom construction skills. • Troubleshoot field issues, including coax/fiber splicing and directional drilling challenges. • Utilize Microsoft Office and learn custom software for project documentation.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, consistently delivers quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. Experience in telecom construction—coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading—and proven leadership in coaching crews are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant MOS codes. • Maintain knowledge of relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591).

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually (or prevailing wage where applicable) with a typical schedule of six 10‑12‑hour days per week.
