About the Role

The Mobile Engineer role focuses on operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities. This ensures efficient operation, energy savings, and minimal downtime through proactive repairs and thorough record‑keeping. Day‑to‑day duties involve executing preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, conducting interior and exterior property inspections, and reporting conditions that affect client occupancy. The engineer updates work order status in real time using the CMMS platform (Corrigo) and handles daily P‑card receipt submissions. • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment. • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work orders on facility systems. • Conduct interior and exterior property inspections and report occupancy‑impacting conditions. • Update work order status in real time using the Corrigo CMMS platform. • Submit daily P‑card receipts for incurred expenses.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a valid state driver’s license, be available for call‑in work, and possess a Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain it within 90 days). A minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, especially HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment, is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with CMMS work‑order systems, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and two years of trades school or an apprenticeship covering electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. The position does not provide visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization. • Maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call‑in work. • Hold a Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days). • Possess at least 4 years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment. • Demonstrate knowledge of system design and commercial refrigeration troubleshooting. • Prefer experience with CMMS work‑order systems and proficiency in Word and Excel. • Prefer two years of trades school or apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC.
