What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience. Applicants must be within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX (military candidates exempt) and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving skills, teamwork ability, and basic computer proficiency are required.
