About the Role

The Cycle Counter role ensures company inventory aligns with customer demand, essential for business operations. The position analyzes data to enhance supply chain management and contributes to ongoing improvement efforts. Candidates must operate warehouse machinery safely and examine unmoved materials to identify potentially obsolete parts. Core duties include performing cycle counts using the “ABC” classification system, identifying process issues, and devising strategies to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies. The employee investigates inventory discrepancies, provides precise location reports, and implements corrective measures to prevent recurring errors. What You Bring

Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience. Applicants must be within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX (military candidates exempt) and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving skills, teamwork ability, and basic computer proficiency are required.
