About the Role

The HCM Fusion Analyst/Admin supports, analyzes, and configures the Oracle Fusion HCM environment, providing technical expertise across Core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, Talent Review, Reporting, and Journeys. The role leads implementation of new processes and third‑party file integrations, evaluates business procedures, and creates functional and technical solutions while handling confidential information. Serving as the primary point of contact, the analyst works closely with HR, IT, and external consultants to enhance, fix, configure, and customize the system. • Analyze, create, and support enhancement requests and recommend solutions. • Provide BI Publisher support, administration, and report writing. • Lead Fusion system setup and testing using Oracle best practices. • Collaborate with integration team to maintain internal and external system interfaces. • Generate advanced ad hoc reports with fast formulas, Excel, SQL, and BI tools. • Translate user requirements into system solutions and influence decisions. • Keep business workflow and process documentation current. • Manage Fusion configuration, security settings, applications, users, and groups. • Monitor and schedule data exchange jobs and BI report processes. • Process end‑user tickets and coordinate with third‑party vendors for issue resolution. • Deliver advanced technical assistance and support. • Load and convert data using HCM Data Loader for workforce structure, worker, and relationship data. • Support strategic planning, security, and disaster recovery initiatives. • Work closely with IT and HR personnel. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, or lift objects up to 50 lb.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years configuring and supporting HR and benefits modules in Fusion. • Proven delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with strong analysis and design skills. • Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation (preferred). • Knowledge of corporate HR and benefits processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). • Excellent oral and written communication abilities. • Strong problem‑solving skills; manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities. • Frequent use of hands, telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices. • Regular interaction with people and technology throughout the shift. • Ability to sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift.
