The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems in new builds and occupied homes, requiring a strong technical background and excellent customer communication. Applicants must hold an active Journeyman Electrician License in Allen County, Indiana, have at least two years of residential service experience, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Candidates are expected to work independently, travel locally within Fort Wayne, and successfully complete background and drug screenings. • Active Journeyman Electrician License in Allen County, Indiana • Minimum two years of residential service electrician experience • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and NEC code knowledge • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Pass background check and drug screening • Lift up to 50 lb; work at heights, ladders, confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather
