About the Role
The Senior Procurement Specialist – Marketing & Advertising joins the North America Marketing Services team to shape and execute category strategies for spend areas including design agencies, pre‑press & plates, mobile platforms, name acquisition and sales brokerage, while providing market expertise to regional teams. You will support the development of category strategies and oversee key supplier relationships across these spend categories. In this role you will lead supplier relationship management, build partnerships with strategic suppliers and senior executives, ensure value maximisation, data quality, service and security, and maintain compliance with Kimberly‑Clark policies and internal controls. You will also monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews and drive continuous improvement. • Develop and support category strategies for North America Marketing Services spend. • Oversee supplier relationships for Design Agency, Pre‑Press & Plates, Mobile Platforms, Name Acquisition and Sales Brokerage. • Provide market expertise and guidance to regional teams and stakeholders. • Lead Supplier Relationship Management, building partnerships with strategic suppliers and senior executives. • Ensure value maximisation, data quality, service levels and security in supplier engagements. • Execute regional category strategy, manage local supplier relationships and support sourcing events with Agile Squads. • Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews and drive continuous improvement. • Manage regional contracts and implement relationship‑management programs. • Identify and resolve barriers to change, escalating issues as needed. • Ensure compliance with Kimberly‑Clark policies and internal controls.

What You Bring
Success requires a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related discipline, at least five years of procurement experience (preferably in category management), strong project‑management, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel to engage stakeholders and suppliers. The role demands cross‑functional collaboration, influencing abilities and a focus on professional development. • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field; 5+ years procurement experience. • Demonstrated project‑management, analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong written and oral communication. • Ability to travel to engage stakeholders and suppliers as required.
