About the Role

Responsibilities include shift supervision, leading production teams with a focus on safety and quality, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, developing work instructions and cross‑training plans, providing on‑the‑job training, driving continuous improvement of key performance indicators, adjusting schedules, monitoring inventory, using lean tools, and owning facility functions. • Supervise shift crew and ensure safety and quality compliance. • Lead production team while adhering to federal, state, and company regulations. • Create work instructions and cross‑training plans. • Provide on‑the‑job training and lead by example. • Drive continuous improvement of safety, quality, customer service, and cost KPIs. • Adjust schedules and balance workload as needed. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering. • Apply lean methodologies and tools to meet production goals.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least three years of related experience, union‑specific training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies; strong teamwork, a positive attitude, customer service, attention to detail, active listening, and effective communication are required. Physical demands involve repetitive motions and lifting up to 50 lb, with assistance required for loads over 50 lb.
