About the Role
You will lead the integration, testing, and evaluation of RF systems such as ground/air surveillance radar, long‑range camera, and other sensor technologies. Your expertise in RF propagation modeling, spectrum analysis, and system design will support operational strategies, while you also ensure effective use of fiber optics, Ethernet, and microwave links for content delivery and control. Additionally, you will develop system designs for both fixed‑site and mobile platforms, drive requirements development, perform electronics testing with specialized equipment, and prepare briefings for technical and non‑technical audiences. • Lead integration, testing, and evaluation of RF systems such as radar, long‑range cameras, and sensors. • Model RF propagation and conduct spectrum analysis to support system design and operational strategies. • Install, evaluate, and maintain RF systems in domestic and overseas environments. • Utilize fiber optics, Ethernet, and microwave links for content delivery and control during installation and operation. • Design and integrate systems for both fixed‑site and mobile platforms. • Develop and align system requirements with operational needs and technical specifications. • Perform electronics testing and maintenance using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and related equipment. • Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring
Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented RF Engineer for the US Army TENCAP Program. In this role you will serve as a key technical expert in radio frequency systems, supporting the integration, evaluation, and development of advanced technologies for a large, complex technical program. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related ABET‑accredited field), 15+ years of professional experience, and at least five years in RF propagation modeling, spectrum analysis, technical electronics testing, long‑range camera integration, and fiber‑optic/ethernet/microwave systems. Additional experience includes three years developing Human‑Machine Interface requirements and five years delivering briefings to diverse audiences, plus an active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, experience with military special‑operations and foreign field deployments, and insight into operating in austere environments. • Bring 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in RF propagation, spectrum analysis, and sensor integration. • Maintain an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph.
