About the Role
The Food & Beverages Coordinator will manage the IT campus canteen, ensuring high‑quality food services, vendor coordination, hygiene compliance, cost control, and employee satisfaction while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the canteen and pantry, coordinating menus with vendors, managing contracts and service level agreements, conducting regular hygiene audits, collecting employee feedback, monitoring inventory and billing, and preparing MIS reports. • Oversee daily canteen, pantry, and food service operations, ensuring uninterrupted service. • Coordinate menus and manage vendor relationships, handling contracts, SLAs, and negotiations. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, FSSAI guidelines, and conduct regular audits. • Collect employee feedback, resolve complaints, and conduct taste checks to maintain satisfaction. • Monitor inventory, track billing, and implement cost‑control measures. • Prepare MIS reports on operations, costs, and feedback; collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, and Security. • Track KPIs such as food quality scores, employee satisfaction, cost efficiency, vendor SLA performance, and complaint resolution time. • Work on‑site in Nagpur with flexible early‑morning or extended hours, 48 hours/week.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field, and have 3–6 years of experience in canteen management, corporate F&B operations, or hospitality services, preferably in a large‑volume or IT campus setting. The role requires strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, vendor and stakeholder management, budgeting and cost‑control, as well as good communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑management abilities; proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting is essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management. • Possess 3–6 years of experience in corporate/IT campus canteen or large‑volume F&B management. • Demonstrate strong vendor management, budgeting, communication, and problem‑solving skills. • Preferred: Food Safety (FSSAI) certification and prior IT campus canteen experience.
