About the Role
As a Field Project Manager in the Fire division, you will oversee complex fire alarm, security, and communications projects in commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and military facilities. Responsibilities include establishing local project offices, defining scope, identifying risks, allocating resources, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards. You will coordinate all phases of project execution—from design and permitting to material delivery, labor scheduling, and field installation—while conducting work‑in‑progress meetings, managing change orders, and adhering to applicable codes, AHJ requirements, and SOX procedures to drive margin improvement. • Lead fire alarm, security, and communications installations across diverse facilities • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation • Conduct work‑in‑progress meetings, handle change orders, and improve project margins

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant certification in fire & life safety or electrical/security, five years of installation experience, and the ability to use MS Office, especially Excel for spreadsheets and macros.
