Supervising Mechanical Engineer II
Lead mechanical engineering projects, manage staff, and serve as Engineer of Record.

About the Role
• Serve as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects. • Lead and supervise coordination meetings and staff tasks. • Conduct periodic employee performance evaluations. • Mentor staff and assist technical training initiatives. • Assign and oversee system design and project engineering work. • Establish design standards, specifications, and project criteria. • Manage construction administration, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Prepare monthly project invoices, monitor receivables, and expedite client payments. • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Contribute to firmwide Expert Teams committee activities. • Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. • Develop proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements. • Generate analysis reports on system options and building conditions. • Maintain active PE licensure and healthcare design expertise. • Participate in Dynamic Employee Resource Groups.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Possess 12+ years of consulting experience in MEP engineering. • Provide at least 3 years of supervisory experience. • Demonstrate hands‑on design skills using CAD/REVIT.
