About the Role

In this role, the supervisor will establish the team, set the operational vision, and ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across receiving, kitting, shipping, and inventory management activities. • Champion a zero‑incident safety culture and drive proactive safety practices. • Align warehouse goals with business KPIs to exceed Annual Operating Plan targets. • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure training, engagement, and success. • Implement Lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency. • Plan and execute the annual physical inventory with corrective actions. • Communicate departmental metrics and insights to cross‑functional stakeholders. • Serve as primary contact for all warehouse and department inquiries. • Attract, develop, and retain talent, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, have at least three years of warehouse leadership in a manufacturing environment, and possess strong Lean, organizational, and communication skills. • Own daily performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, cycle counting, E&O, shipping, receiving, and kitting. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in warehouse, supply chain, or operations. • Minimum 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams with people‑management responsibility. • Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of production and material flow. • Proven record of delivering measurable continuous‑improvement results. • Working knowledge of Lean tools (5S, standard work, visual management, problem solving). • Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑oriented skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) preferred.
