About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager will set the operational strategy for ACCIONA's Victorian civil portfolio, reporting to the General Manager and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, and will lead Project Directors and delivery leaders to improve safety, program, commercial and stakeholder outcomes. The role involves shaping regional planning, resourcing and governance, using data‑driven insights, and implementing systems and standards for high performance while building capability in leadership teams. • Define and execute regional operations strategy aligned with business targets • Champion zero‑harm safety culture across all project sites • Improve commercial performance, cash flow and risk management • Lead planning, resourcing and delivery governance for multiple major projects • Develop capabilities of Project Directors and construction leaders • Maintain strong client, joint venture and stakeholder relationships • Support work‑winning, mobilisation and portfolio readiness • Lead a multi‑billion‑dollar Victorian portfolio with high autonomy

What You Bring
Candidates must have senior civil or major infrastructure leadership experience, a proven record of managing multiple large projects or regional portfolios, strong commercial, contract and risk management skills, the ability to develop other leaders, and a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or a related field. • Demonstrate senior civil infrastructure leadership with a track record of managing large regional portfolios • Possess strong commercial, contract and risk management expertise • Hold a tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or a related field
