About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative role is a full‑time W‑2 position focused on building relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers earning over $350,000. Representatives will learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation techniques, work closely with leadership and mentors, and apply consistent effort to achieve sales quotas. What You Bring
