About the Role
The role is a hands‑on, field‑forward position that requires reading and interpreting blueprints, coordinating MEP scopes, and managing schedules and budgets. As the on‑site leader, the incumbent bridges field crews, subcontractors, and senior management, taking full ownership of project execution. Key duties include leading MEP projects through all stages, managing mechanical scopes while coordinating with electrical and plumbing teams, and developing schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and procurement strategies. The role also demands technical expertise in reviewing drawings, identifying conflicts, and supporting commissioning, as well as providing field leadership, safety oversight, and clear communication with owners and stakeholders. • Lead MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, manpower, and procurement. • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes, reviewing drawings, RFIs, and constructability. • Serve as on‑site PM, directing installers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure code‑compliant installation. • Conduct site walks, quality checks, and safety oversight while maintaining documentation and reporting. • Interface with owners, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal leadership to provide clear project updates.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and possess 7–15+ years of mechanical or MEP construction experience with progressive responsibility. Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, the ability to read specifications and schedules, and excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and 7‑15+ years of MEP construction experience. • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules and to lead teams from "tools‑on" to PM roles.

Benefits
The position offers a base salary of $130,000‑$150,000 with performance‑based bonuses, up to 75% travel in the Northeast and other regions, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) matching, PTO, and wellness programs.
