About the Role

Interns will support project engineers by performing engineering calculations, drafting plans using CADD software, and addressing plan‑review comments. They will collaborate with technical and design staff on billable client work, work alongside junior and senior engineers to meet project deadlines, and engage with other interns and professional staff across multiple disciplines. The program also includes networking opportunities and real‑world consulting experience. • Perform engineering calculations for highway projects. • Draft engineering plans using AutoCAD or MicroStation per project engineer direction. • Address and incorporate plan‑review comments. • Collaborate with technical and design staff to deliver billable client work. • Work with junior and senior engineers to meet project deadlines. • Coordinate with other interns and staff across multiple engineering disciplines.

What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in an engineering program at a U.S. university or college and be eligible to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation, exposure to Transportation Engineering II, and prior internship experience with strong communication skills. Applicants must be highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and proficient in English. • Enrolled in a U.S. engineering program (minimum sophomore level) and eligible to work in the U.S. • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • Experience with CADD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) preferred. • Knowledge of Transportation Engineering II is a plus. • Prior internship experience and strong communication skills are advantageous. • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. • Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering, surveying, and architectural projects. • High likelihood of full‑time offer post‑graduation (over 50 % conversion rate).
