The role also includes supervisory elements such as coordinating production staff, maintaining attendance records, inspecting materials and equipment, interpreting work orders and schedules, and delivering on‑the‑job training and coaching. • Supervises and coordinates production workers such as inspectors, machine setters, assemblers, and fabricators. • Inspects materials, equipment, and production outputs to detect defects or malfunctions. • Reads and analyzes charts, work orders, and production schedules to determine requirements and evaluate outputs. • Provides on‑the‑job training in equipment operation and safety procedures.

What You Bring
The entry‑level assembler position operates on a high‑speed production line that cycles through various tasks—including assembly, piping, electrical work, finishing, testing, and packaging—offering exposure to multiple manufacturing disciplines. Candidates should have at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong listening and critical‑thinking abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a high‑pressure setting, while meeting physical requirements like lifting moderate loads and remaining seated or standing for most of the shift. • Requires minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, active listening, and critical thinking. • Essential mental functions include effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, decision‑making, analytical problem‑solving, multitasking, and organization. • Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, sit or stand for up to 95 % of work hours, tolerate seasonal temperature extremes, dust, and occasional chemical fumes.
