About the Role

In this role you will organize and inventory HVAC equipment and materials, stage equipment for installations, document stock levels, make deliveries to installation crews, and assist with truck inspections and maintenance. You will collaborate with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning to ensure accurate flow of information and perform additional duties such as refurbishing water heaters. • Organize and inventory HVAC equipment, including loading, unloading, scanning, and entering serialized items. • Stage HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations. • Document and report stock quantities to prevent work stoppages. • Deliver equipment to installation crews and load/unload at job sites as needed. • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and scheduled maintenance. • Coordinate with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning to ensure accurate flow of installation data and documentation. • Refurbish water heaters and remove components from scrapped units.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset, strong verbal and written communication, mechanical aptitude, good organization and computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lb, operate a wheeler for water heaters, hold a clean Class 5 driver’s licence, and have at least a Grade 12 education. • Demonstrate a growth mindset, strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and computer proficiency. • Meet physical requirements (lift up to 75 lb, operate a wheeler) and hold a clean Class 5 driver’s licence and at least a Grade 12 education.
