Manage fire safety compliance and emergency readiness across 200 regional sites.
Job Highlights
About the Role
Boeing is seeking a senior-level Fire Life Safety Program Manager to oversee the operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and emergency readiness of a 200‑site regional portfolio. This individual acts as the strategic bridge between technical asset management, the Boeing Fire Department (BFD), and Regional Facilities Leadership. The role includes asset validation and maintenance optimization, emergency readiness and protocol development, and stakeholder partnership and reporting. It ensures compliance with NFPA standards and coordinates with the Boeing Fire Department and facility managers. JLL uses artificial intelligence to match candidates to roles and maintains a privacy policy to protect personal information during recruitment. • Execute a comprehensive "boots‑on‑the‑ground" audit of every FLS asset across 200 sites to ensure the CMMS is accurate (100% asset validation). • Validate and update all preventative maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure 100% compliance with NFPA 25, 72, and Boeing corporate standards. • Coordinate with BFD to ensure fire department personnel are present on‑site during critical system testing, inspections, or maintenance windows. • Partner with BFD leadership to develop and standardize Emergency Operation Plans (EOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all 200 sites. • Develop a regional Fire Drill Master Schedule and ensure drills are executed, timed, and critiqued to meet OSHA and local code requirements. • Work directly with Site Facility Managers to coordinate all FLS actions while maintaining manufacturing productivity. • Provide monthly status updates to Regional Facility Maintenance Leadership, outlining compliance status, problem areas, root‑cause analysis, and a prioritized 30/60/90‑day action plan. • Translate high‑level code requirements into actionable tasks for Facility Managers (strategic communication). • Progress toward the 100% asset integrity baseline (validation completion). • Completion and approval of standardized Emergency Plans across the region (SOP integration).
