About the Role

The leader will build a personal consulting and design practice for healthcare, life‑sciences and industrial projects, recruit and develop a Dallas‑based MEP team, and identify new client opportunities with support from marketing resources. Collaboration with practice teams in other offices and with support partners will be essential to create staffing plans and share client relationships. Mentoring staff, contributing to professional organizations, and promoting the Kimley‑Horn brand are also expected. • Build and lead a Dallas‑based MEP consulting and design practice for healthcare, life‑sciences, and industrial clients. • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing MEP team. • Identify and pursue new client opportunities with support from marketing resources. • Collaborate with other office practice teams and support partners to share client relationships and develop staffing plans. • Participate in community and professional organizations to promote the Kimley‑Horn brand.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering (advanced degrees are a plus) and possess a Texas Professional Engineer license. At least eight years of relevant experience are required, with Revit proficiency preferred. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering; Texas PE license required. • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; Revit proficiency preferred. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
