About the Role

• Contribute to strategic planning for upcoming projects. • Assist the senior project manager in executing management plans. • Coordinate and manage projects from inception through completion. • Review project designs and propose cost‑saving ideas. • Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and on schedule. • Facilitate communication between office and field staff. • Track and report project status updates to the manager. • Identify and resolve issues, recommending improvements. • Organize, file, and maintain all project documentation. • Enter and maintain data in digital project databases. • Ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Create, manage, and monitor project budgets. • Execute daily administrative duties and schedule deliveries to field staff. • Develop and maintain project timelines and calendars. • Schedule meetings, calls, and site visits; gather information from technicians, engineers, and contractors. • Maintain positive vendor and client relationships. • Ensure projects meet schedules and client goals.
