About the Role

• Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. • Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross‑functional challenges, including downstream change management. • Align senior cross‑functional and cross‑organizational stakeholders. • Strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives with identified stakeholders. • Estimate task durations and coordinate schedules and dependencies. • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans independently. • Optimize checkpoints and metrics dashboards. • Align stakeholders on rationale for program pivots. • Maintain project trackers and status reports independently. • Create automated processes to enhance project velocity and monitoring. • Define program governance, managing mitigations, post‑mortems, and escalations. • Develop change‑management rollout plans with impact analysis.

What You Bring

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Piscataway, NJ office. The role requires deep expertise in mission‑critical design and construction, as well as experience with new product development and insertion. The successful candidate will join a cross‑functional team to lead technical and operational improvements. • BA/BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with eight years of relevant experience. • Strong work ethic and collaborative team orientation. • Proficiency in power distribution and backup power systems. • Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices. • Knowledge of industry construction methods and techniques. • Self‑motivated with prompt issue analysis and resolution. • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight for extended periods. • Exceptional organizational skills across multiple development phases. • Excellent written and verbal communication, including large‑audience presentations. • Advanced planning and communication management abilities. • Demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
