About the Role
Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, assessing customers' storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies; they conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. Physical duties include lifting items up to 35 lb, walking and spending up to 50 % of time outdoors while climbing stairs and opening large doors, as well as performing routine cleaning and maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds to maintain curb appeal. • Work independently across multiple storage facilities. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Manage payment collections with reminder and collection calls. • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas. • Provide excellent customer service based on retail, restaurant, or similar sales experience.

What You Bring
