About the Role
The manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the Strategic Industrial Plan, managing financial planning for key projects, allocating resources, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, maintaining robust reporting and performance management, and leading governance, controls and compliance efforts across investment tools and processes. • Lead strategic financial planning and execution for North America’s Industrial Strategy within Global Supply Chain. • Develop and deliver the Strategic Industrial Plan, including ROI, payback, CAPEX/OPEX analysis. • Partner with leadership and functional teams to allocate resources and ensure budget attainment. • Oversee finance processes, forecasting cycles, and performance reporting for investment expenses. • Drive governance, controls, and compliance for investment tools, asset tagging, and construction in progress. • Manage and develop a cross-functional finance team.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field (MBA preferred) and brings at least ten years of progressive finance and business‑management experience, preferably in a complex, matrixed multinational manufacturing environment. Required skills include strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, data‑driven decision‑making, excellent communication and influencing skills, and demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams. • Bachelor’s in Finance or related field (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of finance/business management experience. • Manufacturing/industrial environment experience and strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Benefits
This full-time U.S. position offers a compensation range of $168,800 to $253,200 per year, which includes base salary and a short-term incentive. Pay within the range is set based on performance, knowledge, skills, experience and education.
