Associate Project Manager - Infrastructure

What You Bring

• Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across the lifecycle, including contract and budget management. • Strong leadership skills to develop teams and guide them in ambiguous environments. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities to build trusted advisor relationships. • Proven problem‑solving, analytical and numerical skills for delivering workable solutions. • Capability to create, manage and modify project/programme plans and schedules. • Effective planning, communication and organisational skills to handle multiple work streams and engage senior client representatives. • Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental management, with practical understanding of CDM regulations. • Experience with procurement and managing NEC contracts; managing contractors, consultants and advisors on infrastructure projects. • Familiarity with public‑sector organisations relevant to infrastructure delivery. • Degree in management, construction or infrastructure (or equivalent experience) and professional affiliation (APM, ICE, etc.). • Project management certification (APM, PRINCE2, MSP) and NEC accreditation preferred. • CSCS or equivalent certification. • Creative, curious, growth‑mindset and promoter of inclusive environments. • Ability to identify client opportunities and deliver cross‑service solutions independently.
