About the Role
In this role you will coordinate and oversee work at customer field sites, providing quality service and planning instructions for crews and equipment. You will act as the primary contact for customers and site teams, ensuring activities are safely executed according to Baker Hughes TPS service processes and procedures. • Coordinate and oversee field site work, ensuring quality service. • Provide planning and instructions for crew and equipment. • Perform installation and maintenance of rotating equipment at customer sites. • Specialize in aero gas turbine products such as LM2500, LM6000, and PGT25+ DLE. • Act as primary contact with the customer and site team to coordinate activities. • Record all site activities for the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor. • Execute responsibilities safely following TPS service processes and procedures. • Lead site teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Identify new business opportunities, set progress goals, and meet targets. • Read and implement mechanical drawings.

What You Bring
Successful candidates hold a BE/BTech or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have 5–10 years of oil‑and‑gas field maintenance or installation experience. They possess hands‑on L2/L3 maintenance inspection skills, can lead site teams, communicate with stakeholders, read mechanical drawings, and identify new business opportunities while meeting set targets. • Adapt methods when the standard approach is not viable. • Hold a BE/BTech or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • Possess 5–10 years of oil and gas field maintenance or installation experience. • Hands‑on experience with L2 and L3 maintenance inspections, including on‑site HSE swaps.
